The web application is designed to be extremely simple to use. Both at the Client and at the Service Provider it runs in a browser window which is normally minimised.
When a message is received that requires attention an alert is displayed and the user is directed to a home screen which gives an overview of relevant jobs, highlighting the action that is needed from the incoming message. In this way routine requests, responses and status updates are generated automatically, tagged with the relevant equipment details and references so that ad-hoc emails are completely eliminated.
This allows managers to focus on operational details while at the same time improving visibility and reducing administration costs.
